How it works

Buyer checks out on Tigule
On a listing, use Add to cart or Buy now — or pay via a Secure Transaction Link for deals started off Tigule.
- Verified Tigule account required for protected checkout.
- Existing disputes must be resolved first.

Payment is held safely in escrow
PayChangu confirms the funds and Tigule notifies the seller that the order is protected.
- Seller prepares the item but does not release it yet.
- Keep order chat and updates inside Tigule.

Delivery & verification
Seller delivers or the buyer collects. Both parties should upload proof when asked.
- Disputes are opened from the order / transaction page.
- Admins review evidence and keep both sides updated.

Funds released
Once the buyer confirms, Tigule releases payment to the seller and closes the case.
- Incomplete steps will keep the funds on hold.
- Repeated violations can lead to protection bans.
For Buyers
Stay safe when purchasing
- Confirm you’re dealing with the real seller (check profile & shop page).
- Prefer Cart or Buy Now — never pay a seller’s personal number for a Tigule listing.
- Use in-app messages so the protection team can see the history.
- Upload clear delivery photos / inspection videos.
- Open a dispute immediately if something feels wrong.
For Sellers
Release items only after approval
- Wait for Tigule’s “Payment secured” status before handing over goods.
- Honour Cart and Buy Now orders promptly on-platform.
- Keep chats on Tigule so we can defend you during disputes.
- Ship only to the delivery details confirmed on the order.
- Mark the order completed once the buyer signs off.

Have a deal from Facebook, WhatsApp, or elsewhere? Create a Secure Link so the buyer pays through Tigule escrow — same rules as Cart/Buy Now.

Boost pushes your listing to Spotlight, highlight cards, and priority search. While boosted, you must:
- Keep listing photos, price, and availability accurate.
- Respond to inquiries quickly (admins audit boosted listings).
- Fulfil Cart/Buy Now orders under Tigule Protection — never ask buyers to pay outside.
- Report suspicious buyers so we can block them from promos.
